That comic commission.
I shouldn’t have.
There were only TWO reasons why I accepted it: 1.) it was my first MONEY commission, while everything else had been points and 2.) I had wanted to do a comic really badly and thought I had no ideas.
However, turns out, I do have a bunch of ideas for comics.
Not to mention, I undercharged the person for the comic.
“Oh, $25 for a script, storyboard, and five pages, with $5 for an additional five pages”.
Stupid me, stupid, stupid me. That is underpriced for the amount of work and time I have am and going to put into this comic.
Total amount I’m getting is a measly $56. For a script that I had to write (and they just gave me a bunch of loose ideas and details that I had to work into a storyline), a storyboard I did, and 36 full coloured, cell shaded, pages. 150 panels. I’m far from happy about this. Far, far, FAR from it.
I’ll get it done though. I got all the pages sketch. Just have to do the line art, colour it, and whatever other crap is needed.
This is entirely my fault though.
